o   Westerly intersections
·         Continue with concrete base patching

On Monday and Tuesday next week, the contractor will be milling the existing pavement along Glenview Road from Harlem Avenue to Waukegan Road as part of the Harlem Avenue Improvement and the Glenview Road Improvements.  The work has been scheduled to be completed at the same time to reduce the length of travel delays. We do anticipate some travel delays along Glenview Road early next week while the work is on-going, please plan accordingly.

Once the work along Glenview Road is completed, the contractor will continue to mill the remaining asphalt pavement along Harlem Avenue. It is anticipated all asphalt pavement milling will be completed by the end of the week.

Concrete base patching will also continue before and after the pavement milling. Steel plates will continue to be installed over the excavations and poured concrete to allow for access to driveways and intersections to the greatest extent possible.

Thanks again for all your patience as you drive through the construction site and travel delays anticipated next week while the Glenview Road work is performed.
